I started coming here 3 short weeks ago to add to my PT routine (4 years post-stroke), and the results have been unreal! Carly R. listens to my needs, works me at MY level, and takes great care in using her knowledge & expertise to avoid injury. I have seen a marked improvement in my range of motion, quality of sleep, and overall mobility and well-being. If I could give them a million stars, I would!
I was honestly a little intimidated to go but my first session was fantastic! They met me at my level, were very informative and my body felt sooo good after. Definitely will be back and would highly recommend that everyone tries this out.
