Couldn't agree more with Damian! Staff is super nice but management has zero customer service skills! Feels like I've been scammed, sadly I will not be coming back and would not recommend.
What an amazing experience, I feel Wonderful. I’ve had Dante & Connor as practitioners, they stretch you and release any tightness or issues.
The employees are great, the owner is awful. Had a frozen account, they unfroze it without me asking them to. Spoke to the owner, he wouldn’t refund me the money , which ultimately cost him a customer for the long run. I would have continued to go back once my schedule calmed down after a couple months.

The product is great and the employees are nice! The customer service on the other hand is unsuitable and communication isn’t good. From my experience and several others experience, no one fully understands that being a member, you automatically get enrolled to a payment program. When they took my card, there was no explanation that I was enrolled to a $189 monthly membership.
