Update number 4!!!! I am now over 60 sessions and feeling fantastic. The Flexologists working with me have been so awesome. They have guided me towards improved stretches for advancing my recovery and continuing to gain back my balance and general activity enjoyment. My assessments currently show zero issues with my lower body supporting the overhead squats (hands over head during deep squat) that were previously in the red (high stress / strain to keep balance). Flexologists are well-educated, friendly and courteous! I have found the assisted stretching to bring relief where past surgeries and recovery therapies have failed.
