Went to stretch for 1st time ever a couple of weeks ago at the Stretch Lab at Spring Creek. Didn’t know what to expect but Brendon was great to work with. I have just finished my 3rd session of the 4 that I signed up for. I’ve been going just once a week but I’m feeling quite a bit of change in my flexibility already. I’m definitely going to re-up for 4 more and keep it going.
Just had an awesome experience at Stretch Lab! The vibe is super chill, and the staff is really knowledgeable. I worked with Hannah, and she was fantastic! She helped me improve my flexibility a ton. Definitely recommend checking it out, especially if you can get a session with Hannah!
Had my first experience with StretchLab today. Ellie was so nice & cheerful when I walked in. The session with Eva was truly amazing! After 3 hip surgeries my body doesn’t work like it did. Eva is very knowledgeable & experienced with the stretches. I bent over & touched my toes for the first time in 3 years after my session. Thanks!
