Feels good, increases flexibility even for my 80 year old body, the stretches are personalized to your needs. Jenna is very good, knowledgeable, and personalable.
I love this stretch Lab on the15th St., Edmond, nice and present atmosphere, good location, nicely staff, Mateya and Alek the stretcher who have a very highly experienced, friendly professional, nice and gentle wonderful stretch he did. I came home relaxing, comfortable cure, new me. I do recommend to every one who needed to feel comfortable, no more aching then this Alex and Meteya stretchers I would recommend. They are the best in town and wonderful people. No regret!! Thank God for that 🙏.
10/10 I will do this again ….. and again and again. The stretch you NEVER knew you desperately NEED!! Jenna is absolutely amazing- THIS is life changing is ALL the BEST ways 🫶🏼
