When my flexologist was sick, Stretchlab was able to get me in the same day with Matthew. Matthew couldn’t have been better! He knew of my prior injuries and made sure to be extra careful. Couldn’t recommend him or Stretchlab enough.
Unsavory business practices. They push you into big packages with no opportunity to get out. I was 2/3 into a package when I had a back spasm (not during a session). My doctor and the PT he referred me to both recommended I stop the stretch sessions until I recovered and the underlying issue was addressed. I asked to cancel remaining, unused sessions and get a refund and was told it wasn't possible.

Do not fall for this scam! Clicked on a FB advert for a "half price session". Still ended up costing almost $80 After, they showed me some packages. Almost selected a package, but then found out it REQUIRED a 3-month subscription. $900 for 3 months of stretching after one session? I declined. I was then offered a 4-session package for $350 and agreed. This was just before Thanksgiving. Great staff. Amazing post-workout stretch options to target muscle groups that are extremely hard to stretch on your own. Even after just a long day of shoveling, this place can be a muscle game changer. Highly recommended.
