I really enjoyed it. Jenny was my stretcher. She did an excellent job. I honestly think I enjoyed it more than a massage. If I had more time and could commit to the packages, I would have probably went for it. But as an alternative to a massage or something else as a gift, this is in my opinion it really great experience and was enjoyable.

I am 78 years old, and I schedule a session at one of the Stretch Lab locations every week -- it's the best experience I've ever had for helping me with my physical body! Not only does it exercise my muscles, but it also relaxes my brain (as someone with ADHD, that is awesome!). I should honestly be a paid sponsor for StretchLab! I tell everyone who complains about aches and pains that they need to go. Before StretchLab, I had constant lower back, hip, and neck pain and was taking Advil almost daily. I go once a week and it’s become part of my routine—just like going to the gym. I can not say enough great things about StretchLab and Alexus! I came in with lower back pain due to tight muscles from long work days and Alexus took the time to evaluate and listen to what I was experiencing - she was able to develope a plan specifically for my needs. After 2 sessions, I am moving much better and pain free! One key thing is that they do not oversell their packages and ONLY recommend what you are in need of - truly appreciate the great customer service!
