StretchLab Cary offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. I have been going to the Cary Stretchlab weekly since 2021 and have had a very positive experience. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. My flexologist, Romello, is wonderful and adjusts my sessions depending on what areas need attention that day. Love it!
I have been seeing Romello for an IT band tightness and he has helped me tremendously!!! I have been really impressed with how well he stretches me out and the level of service he provides me.
I have been doing the 4 stretches a month plan for about 4 months. I absolutely love it. I'm in my late 40s and getting the assisted stretching is so great. All the flexologists have been good. My favorite is Brian. I always book him if he's available. I have never had an issue with any of the staff. They are always nice. When you're new ask questions because once you are comfortable you just come in, pick a table and your person will come stretch. I have been a client at the Cary location since they opened. Assisted Stretching has become a part of my wellness routine. I love the way I feel after my visits. The owner and flexologists are exceptional! Just give them a try and you may be surprised how good you feel afterwards.
