I have called three times in less than a week and cannot get a response. Is this company still in business? I think they offer the services we are seeking.
Can't say enough great things about this place. Kim has helped me for over two decades. Recently while mile training I was having hamstring pain to the point I could not get my training runs done. Jackie worked her magic and I was back on track (pun intended) the next day.
Merisha was very attentive to my issues of tightness in my hamstring and lower back areas. I felt improvement after one session! I am doing the recommended stretches on my own and will be back for another session soon!
I am very grateful to Kim, AIS has improved my flexibility, range of motion, and helps me stay active despite an injury. I also have more energy using some of the simple tips and tricks I learned working with Kim! Definitely worth the investment of time and resources.
