I felt that my therapist was very attentive and pushed me just the right amount.
This place is amazing. I was not sure what to expect, but I joined a membership for 4 a month. If you are an athlete or have other injuries this will reduce your chances of further problems. I play Pickleball and need this type of preventative stretching.its really difficult to do it on your own. I chose full leg's, hip, back and neck. My first time was with Aaron.
If You believe you can do the stretches on your own at home you are incorrect and if you believe you’re not stretching hard enough because it doesn’t hurt you are also mistaken. This place has a way of stretching you just as much as you need. I have left feeling relaxed and thinking I didn’t stretch hard enough but boy do I feel it the next day there is a magic behind their science of 3,5,7. A must try, The staff is great, warm and welcoming. The facility is very clean. It’s also very easy to book and cancel if needed.
I love this place. They have great qualified people that safely stretch and keep you more flexible. I lift weights and I’m really tight. Richard G has been helping me get my flexibility back. He’s very knowledgeable and makes sure I’m not experiencing any pain or discomfort. He’s shown me stretches I didn’t know existed. Plus, he’s a really nice guy. I have been feeling better and my lifting has improved. All of the people there are great and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend this place.
Got the free 30 min session filling out a Facebook form. Great place really caring even to the point of pin pointing issues. My neck and shoulders and even wrists were stretched gently improving flexibility. Then I went on to play an hour event directly after unfortunately turning my neck for an hour to the left. Oh well. Haha thanks for your hard work. Hope to be back. Great experience with friendly people. Also they let me take a pen I found which writes so well.
