Stretch zone personnel are very knowledgable and professional. My flexibility has increased over the last month or so significantly.
Just visited stretch zone today (Thurs) for the second time this week. My first session was on Monday. My stretching experience with Reno on Monday and Julie today were both very helpful and introducing me to stretching my hips groin and lower back. Both were very professional and thorough. Communication is key and they explained everything that they were doing as the stretches went along. I've had an incredible experience with Stretch Zone, and I have to shout out Michael and Ryan in particular for making it exceptional. Michael was extremely accommodating and thoughtful when helping me come up with a plan that fit my needs.
