I am a member at Anaheim Hills SZ since February 2026. Dan, Todd, and Marlyn have assisted with the stretches. My pain level has significantly decreased while my range of motion has increased. For me, the sessions work better than physical therapy. I was hesitant at first, but so glad I tried it out. The SZ app is a great bonus. Good interface with freedom and flexibility to book sessions or review account information.

Stretch Zone is amazing. Every time I have gone I feel great. They are able to stretch my muscles better than anything I can do at home. Ivan is awesome and the other staff members are really nice and welcoming.
