Absolutely love this place. I have recommended a few people to join. I was one of the first people to join at a local competitor and after just going in and having them use a massage gun on me the whole time coming here has really made a big difference. The straps and Technique that they use as far superior to their competitors. Highly recommend anyone to join.
Todd is absolutely amazing, its a day and night difference from the first session and now. My mobility has increased 130% movement on the pickleball and basketball court so much better feel years younger. Highly Recommend!!!!!!
Mia did a great job of finding my tight muscles and then stretching them out. She has a great feel for how much pressure to use and also the appropriate angles to get the best stretch.
