Such a nice, professional, and friendly environment. It felt amazing and only after 2 sessions my hip issues are feeling better and sleeping has improved dramatically! I am a 57 year old woman with many years of athletic running that suffers from tight hips. I would recommend Stretching Zone because of the specific problem area was diagnosed with professional hands on assessments and a clear stretch plan to correct my problem area.
