OMG ☺️ Benji was fantastic and I left feeling so much better 😌.. he was very attentive and explained everything as we were going through the stretches. I suffer from lower back pain from several car accidents and was very limited in movement and my job at Amazon doesn't help. Benji is loosing my tight areas which is very important for my constant movement at work. Thank you so much Benji and the Conversation was appreciated 😊🙏🏿 many blessings 😊
