Do not use Stretch Zone! I walked into the Midtown location to purchase a gift certificate for my husband's birthday. He has a pinched nerve and I thought one of these sessions may help. I was given the runaround that "we don't give certificates, but you can purchase a membership." Not knowing if my husband would actually like this initial session, I did not want to purchase a membership. I highly recommend Stretch Zone in Midtown, all staff is professional and the atmosphere is comfortable. I have noticed the difference in my body since getting stretched since January. Faith, Earnest, Laila, Tayuan, and Brandon are the ones that I have been to for my stretches and they are excellent. You will not be disappointed.
I thought I had really bad back problems, but these nice folks helped me find out it's all in my legs. Well, and everywhere else TOO, but the point is, the stretches work, and these folks know what they're doing. I've never had a bad experience, and a 30 minute session is enough to feel that warm "loosened up" feeling. Because my issues are pretty bad, I try to do 1 hour sessions, and those really do feel like they leave a lasting impact.
