Chris T always does a great job! Chris always takes the time to check in and see how I am doing and to listen to me about any pain points I may have. He then tailos my stretch session to help relieve the pain. I was in much less pain as I left, and still feel substantially better a day later.
My stretch was fantastic. My back and neck sre feeling so much better.

I was a bit skeptical, but cannot believe how much of a difference it's made for me. This has helped lower my pain and increase my flexibility, the whole staff is great, everyone should try it!
Don’t go here they called me three times to confirm my appointment. I get there an they tell me I opted out on text messages. But I cancelled by text message? Talk to Gabby yesterday an confirmed my appointment. An ask what medication I was on? An drove 35 minutes for them to ask me to reschedule? No thank you! Idk why they wouldn’t see me if she knew I was coming?!? Have the day you deserve. Terrible communication with staff to staff.
