I have been coming to Stretch Zone, both the William Canon and Westlake stores, for more than three years now, and I cannot say enough about how great the Stretch professionals are, especially Mia Z. I always walk out of Stretch Zone after a session feeling like a completely new person, relaxed and ready to take on what comes next! Keep it up, Stretch Zone! You are the best!

I have had five great sessions with Michael at the William Cannon location and he has done a great job in helping me regain flexibility and improve my gait. I am very confident in the process and never felt concern about being overstretched or otherwise injured. I highly recommend Stretch Zone and Michael in particular. Stretch Zone is now part of my exercise rotation and improves my workouts leading to a synergistic effect.
I come here repeatedly two or three times a month for several months. I am post-op from a spinal surgery, and doing this assisted stretching has really helped my recovery and my mobility. The staff is great. They communicate very well, it's a lovely place.
