I have been stretching with Dean now for two years. He has helped with me with my lower back and below the waist. Dean knows about every muscle in the body and how to stretch all. I’m in my early 70’s and he has me feeling wonderful. I have learned a great deal about stretching and how to take care of myself. I would highly recommend going to see him. Easy to get in and not pricy. He is also an avid reader and knowledgeable about presidential history especially Lyndon Johnson.
My doctor recommended stretch therapy for me and after a few months of doing a little research, I decided to try it. The assisted stretch session at Stretch of Norman improves my overall movement for all my activities, especially tennis. As a senior citizen, I know how important it is to stay active. I feel motivated, energized, and in good condition physically after each session. Dean’s enthusiasm is uplifting too!
I have been going to Stretch of Norman for a number of years! I honestly believe that coming to Stretch of Norman has allowed me to keep my mobility and flexability as i have gotten older. I have recommneded them to anybody!!
