This place has been a revelation. I went in for lower back and hip flexor pain, and not only has Bernard helped me with that, but he also addressed my long standing chronic neck and upper back pain, that I had been totally resigned to living with for years. STRETCH-n-GO has been an excellent resource for our family. From improving strength, mobility, and posture, to treating injuries and preventing injuries, we're had a great experience with the staff at STRETCH-n-GO. Physical therapy, sports performance, and stretching is all top-notch.

Bernard has helped me gain precious degrees in my flexing post surgery. The tissue work is amazing! Each session feels like progress! He is very knowable and teaches while he works on the problem areas. The best therapy Ive ever had, hands down.
I have arthritis in my left hip and knee. I started walking funny, favoring my right side. I went for traditional PT and didn't experience much improvement. Dr. Shah recommended that I go to Stretch-n-Go, and I am so happy that I went. Bernard stretches out my left hip, deep massages the area, and loosens it up. There is improvement in my flexibility, less pain and I am walking normally. I have been going for about 2 months, once a week. Bernard is the best. Wish I went to see him sooner.
