Bernard is fabulous! He has helped me with my issues for 5 months now, and is always willing to go above and beyond. He LISTENS to feedback. I know he’s going to help me and look out for my health.
I’m 70 and was just diagnosed with arthritis in my knees. I thought this was the end of working maintenance in a power plant. Brazilian dancing and hiking. But Bernard Go gave me exercises and stretches that vastly strengthened my core muscles in my hips, gluts, hamstrings and quads. I still have arthritis but it’s not stopping me from doing the activities I love.
Bernard Go has been a physical therapist I have gone to for several injuries, most recently a reverse total shoulder replacement. He is outstanding...extremely knowledgeable, and knows how to work with me to produce the best results. Two other therapists have also worked me at Stretch-n-GO, and they were excellent as well. This is a wonderful facility!
Pretty incredible results! Had hip tendinitis and with the amazing hands of Bernard, I was pain free after only a few months. He offers an app that you use at home for continuous exercises and stretching to help you maintain the benefits of his therapy. Now am working on gait training, posture and pain from a bone spur in my heel. I cannot speak highly enough of the benefits I have experienced since working with Bernard. He is truly a miracle worker.
Today was my initial assessment for medial epicondilytis( golfers elbow). Matt did a great job explaining the injury as well as outlining ways to alleviate the pain. He also videotaped the exercises to do at home to improve movement. He was a good listener as well as good instructor.
