I have been a physician for over 35 years. Bernard go is the best physical therapist, I have either personally worked with or referred patients to.
Bernard Go and his team are the best - I’ve been going to him for almost a year now to treat my plantar plate tear/neuroma and compensatory hip and back pain from improper gait mechanics and onset of degenerative arthritis. He goes the extra mile in treating the pain, focusing on the areas that were injured, but also in teaching on proper gait mechanics and strengthening exercises. Good communications before my visit, and thorough evaluation prior to beginning PT. Bernard explained my issues and developed a plan of car, I could tell I was in the hands of an experienced therapist.
