I have been so frustrated with my foot, such pain and not knowing what to do … Erin seem to Immediately know what the problem was, and I am now on the road to recovery..
Erin does a great job of listening to you and then addressing the problem, pursuing a treatment protocol that is specifically directed to deal with the issues that you are experiencing.
Stretch Kinetics is a really great experience and an important part of my health routine. Erin, the owner, is excellent, accessible and really service oriented. She also knows a ton about muscle tension and recovery and has been a huge help to me with back and sciatic issues. She’s also a great person and a lot of fun! Highly recommend!!
Erin really knows anatomy/ physiology and has been very helpful in increasing my flexibility/mobility and reducing tightness. Her stretch sessions include therapeutic massaging of tight muscles to reduce knots and tension. She knows where to find these, and I always feel better afterwards.
