I absolutely love Stretch Kinetics! I’ve had such a great experience with both their stretching/physical therapy services and massage therapy. Erin is an amazing physical therapist! She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and really takes the time to understand what my body needs. I always leave feeling better, with improved mobility and less tightness. After finishing PT, I continued at STRETCH Kinetics to stay ahead of some abdominal and hip tightness she'd been helping with. The assisted stretching is very targeted and makes a noticeable difference. Way better than I can do on my own or with a trainer at the gym! I leave sessions feeling looser, moving better, and without that same constant discomfort. It’s been a great way to maintain the progress I made.
I have been so frustrated with my foot, such pain and not knowing what to do … Erin seem to Immediately know what the problem was, and I am now on the road to recovery..
