I’ve been going to Kirk for quite some time and he’s been very helpful every session. The stretches that were also given definitely have been a big help as well with the pain and correcting my posture. He makes it easy to understand what is happening and what needs to be done to help you in the long run. I’d 100% recommend him to anyone
