My daughter is a cross country runner and bring her in prior to her meets. Her time has improved dramatically over the season, she feels great, and she has helped her team remain undefeated and advance into the post season. We owe a lot of my daughter’s success to Mary and the team at stretch Flo and keeping her primed for her races .

I can’t say enough good things about StretchFlo! Kyle and the team are so friendly and welcoming, it’s clear they genuinely care. What really stood out is how they tune into your body and tailor each stretch to exactly what you need. It never feels rushed or cookie-cutter. I always leave feeling lighter, looser, and better all around. Highly recommend!
I absolutely love StretchFlō! I’ve been a client for about a year now and the sessions have helped me tremendously. After my car accident, I was feeling very stiff and stretching at home was not helping. I started seeing Mike and he is a life saver! I feel so much better & now that I am healed from my accident, I see Mike regularly and it is so helpful in conjunction with my workouts. 10/10 highly recommend!
Five stars isn’t even close to enough. If you haven’t made it here make sure to book with Rachel. She knows every possible movement to make your muscles and joints feel young again. After years of wear and tear on my body it didn’t take Rachel long to make me feel like I was in my 20s again. I can’t wait for my next session!!!
