Dr T is the man! He is very knowledgeable and keeps his patients up to date with techniques and alternative solutions. He doesn't knock other healing methods but rather encourages the patient to know their body. I've been going to stretch dynamics since June 2019. I had issues with my hip. I could not make fast turns or twist. It hurt to walk. Now I can twist, and drop it like it's hot. I walk with no aches or pain most of the time. Cold weather seems to have an affect on me.
