Traveled to visit family a couple years back and was nervous about having to miss a "real" gym for an entire week. Found this place, reached out, and got a week pass and was NOT disappointed. I've been coming here since 2023 to work out during family visits and it's exactly what I need for these trips. The 24/7 access is perfect as I'm an early bird and the location is less than 15min from family's house. Love this place, will keep coming during trips. In terms of the gym itself I think it a great gym, clean, well kept, not overcrowded at all, and good selection of equipment. But my negative review is due to the personal training he offered. I signed up paying 6 months up front which I was leery of but he came recommended so I went ahead with it. A mistake. A part of the agreement is you will be trained 2x a week for ~45 min. Some of that experience included: Skyler going on vacation and not rescheduling; rescheduling training and forgetting to show up; leaving me on the t... read more

Back in August, I scared myself pretty bad — pre-diabetic numbers and what felt like a mild heart attack.
