Extremely terrible service and the company has no initiative at all. i went in wanting a chair in colour A but was told that it would take a long time so they offered me to purchase colour B in promise of a shorter wait/delivery time. Months later, the expected date of delivery had passed and the company gave me no update or delay notice so i had to call and follow up. I FEEL I GOT CHEATED!!! I recently went online to purchase a sideboard. After I have paid, there is no confirmation on my purchase. There is completely no response from the shop. I tried to reach out via phone, emails and website contact for almost two weeks, there is still no response. I feel this company is like a scam. I don’t know how I can get my money back ! 😫
