Never do business with them, I lived at a stressfreee rental property for 3 years. A storm caused a tree to fall & completely destroy the home making it unlivable. Months later I still do not have my deposit of $3,000. They ignore every demand letter I sent, now I have no choice to take legal action. These people are shady never sign a lease with them.

Charles - Thank you for your review. It was unfortunate that the storms in Houston cased severe damage to the property when the tree fell on the home. We released you from all contactual obligation and continues rent obligation at that time. Upon inspection of the property the day following the incident, there were numerous items that where in need for attention/repair that were not related to tree damage both inside and out that were deducted from your security deposit.

May 30th, 2024 The natural disaster struck thr home destroying it That week Homeland Security agents came onto the property and noted the home is not safe to live in or is inaccessible. They also moved me into immediately into a hotel. 2 months later on 8/12/2024 I received an email from Danielle Baucom Operation Manager of Stressfree that states "The insurance company has not given us the okay to enter the house because of the structural damage so we have not been able to do a full inspection of the house for your security.... read more
