Pat is a mean snotty woman that has to be a rude inconsiderate person to make herself feel better. She is clueless with appointments and has no clue what she is doing with scheduling appointments. Holloway is hard to get appointments with. Presciptions don’t get called in. And the office is impossible to get ahold of. What a joke
Never on time with appointments. For example: I confirmed an appointment at 12 pm and it is currently 12:38 pm and I haven't received a call (doing calls because of COVID). In person appointments were just as bad. One time I got called in, drove 20 minutes to get there, just for them to say my psychiatrist wasn't available. Horribly run.
Dr, Jenny Vann is the absolute best. Everyone in the office is very nice whenever I call. I would not want to go anywhere else!
