There should be a way to leave a business negative stars, because Stress Free Property Management makes their tenants go on Google, give the 5 stars and write a review, if you decline, you have to pay $150 lease renewal fee. They are money hungry & they don’t genuinely care about their tenants. Very unprofessional & even rude & condescending at times. Steer clear! They had photos taken of my property and a signed agreement for them to lease out my property for me and I already made plans elsewhere based on our agreement. Then out of the blue, David Lowrey contacted me with a lame excuse for backing out of our agreement, citing they don't work with 55+ communities, harder to lease out...blah blah blah.
