Steer clear! They had photos taken of my property and a signed agreement for them to lease out my property for me and I already made plans elsewhere based on our agreement. Then out of the blue, David Lowrey contacted me with a lame excuse for backing out of our agreement, citing they don't work with 55+ communities, harder to lease out...blah blah blah.
