They will make you live in MOLD for months without response, they don’t care about cleanup after tenants leave in which they always do. THEY asked me the tenant to Caulk there own unit because of how bad it was done, I’ve spent more money on self repairs on a place I’m renting then they have. Do not move in a place with “Stress free” or “sensible” as they change there name back and forth constantly.
There should be a way to leave a business negative stars, because Stress Free Property Management makes their tenants go on Google, give the 5 stars and write a review, if you decline, you have to pay $150 lease renewal fee. They are money hungry & they don’t genuinely care about their tenants. Very unprofessional & even rude & condescending at times. Steer clear! They had photos taken of my property and a signed agreement for them to lease out my property for me and I already made plans elsewhere based on our agreement. Then out of the blue, David Lowrey contacted me with a lame excuse for backing out of our agreement, citing they don't work with 55+ communities, harder to lease out...blah blah blah.
