Hello from Alaska! When I inherited my Florida condo, I was in no mood to deal with renting it out or being a landlord for the reasons one inherits property. Stress Free came recommended by a local family member and indeed, I do not have to think about the goings on at the condo at all, Stress Free has been a set it and forget it life saver for me. Good communication that I glance at occasionally and the rents just roll in. Happy customer.

My fiance and I had our hearts set on a certain house. We scheduled an appointment to go look at it and we were in the process of talking to the leasing agent, Kim Daly, about working with the owners to paint the inside of the house(the walls were dark red with black ceilings!) Great place to rent from. Any maintenance repairs are handled within a few hours of submitting a request. Nice office staff. No complaints.
