They constantly charge erranous fees to your rent. They emailed me to find out if the lawn maintenance had come by to do their job. They just evicted me and my 3 children (I am a single mom) for NO REASON leaving us HOMELESS DUE TO GREED. Rent was deposited into the court registry as requested by the judge. I wish I could leave less than 1 star. This company will take advantage of you in any way possible to make a dime. I was charged for multiple service orders and when I challenged them, there was no response and the charges were dropped. When leaving the house they fill they charge the deposit with any obscure reasons they can give without having actually having done any of the work you are charged for (proven by pictures from neighbors). If I could rate -10 I definitely would. This company is worse than a slumlord. Maintenance requests that are supposed to take 3-5 days, took 2 months. Emergency Maintenance request, like a neighbor's tree falling into my roof, causing leaking, took 3 days just to get a response. Unfortunately, it stormed all of those nights causing more damage. My daughter and I have been looking for a place for a while and kept wasting money on application fees only to be told we were “wait listed” or the property was already taken.
