If I could give zero I would. The worse. They denied application in like two seconds, me and my family make more than enough to pay rent. This company discriminates against Blacks, and I intend on exposing this company to the media for sure. It's not like their property is all that, me and my family went in to tour one of their homes and the tubs, toilets, and sinks were rusted and looks as if no one ever cleant the house at all.
They should call this place Stress Property Management. Worst leasing/property agency, not willing to fix TERMITE issues with properties for over 30 days! Do NOT RENT an apartment or home from them! They are impossible to get ahold off. When you call the phone goes straight to voicemail. You will not receive a call back. DO NOT RENT A HOUSE FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Search for ANY other management company...please. I beg of you. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Their contract they have you sign is not in your favor whatsoever. I've had PROBLEM after PROBLEM after PROBLEM with them. This company does not respond to any repairs within reasonable time frame, certainly not emergency. David left nasty email telling me to stop contacting them about a tree fell into my roof and stormed all week crashed in my bathroom ceiling, water damage.. 5 days to semi fix. Absolutely awful way to treat renters. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!
