Avoid this place to save several headaches. Google the owner. Has a lengthy criminal record and withholds deposits. Him and his father have a history of trying to get people that disagree with them fired from their job. Stress free property mgmt is not stress free.
My brother and I rented from Stress-Free Property, and we're extremely disappointed with our experience. Our initial deposit was $1,500, but after living there for only 9 months, we received a mere $108.73 each as our deposit refund. The company provided various excuses for this outrageously low amount, and to make matters worse, they have been completely unresponsive to our voicemails and calls seeking clarification. Management has a history of keeping security deposits and foregoing maintenance. Do not recommend. I'm forced to take Blake Cozzens to small claims court to recoup my deposit, as I left the unit in amazing condition.
If i could review into the negatives I would. Blake is literally a criminal (Google his name, it comes up) who is happy to double dip in fees and charges, and when dealing with uncomfortable conversations will just hang up on you. He will quote charges as standard fees, when upon talking with multiple property management groups, i have found this isn't true, he is just nickel and diming those that are already paying his for his services to actually do work for them, probably to continue his sad illegal activities.
