Update: Very detail oriented but I lost trust after my 3rd trip when issues snowballed. First visit was simple oil change, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. They even readjusted my license plate holder for no extra charge. Second was a screeching sound once a day for a few secs while backing in (which I couldn't reproduce). - Came in for engine light and got back with engine light still on after paying $6,800 with $500 discount, total was $7,300 for my 2006 Toyota Sienna LE. (The car itself probably worths $4,000 today). - Finally got the car fixed and the second repair fee waived. Staff was friendly and service was good when they were able to identify the real cause.
