Updated from 5 to 3 stars. The original review was when it was Pro-Tech. Pro-Tech was always a little high on price, but the owner was local, and I knew him and his wife personally. I find the shop highly overpriced under new ownership, and I dislike being spammed with "offers". 3 years ago. Good people! Always take good care of our vehicle needs. TRUSTWORTHY
We were blown away at the level of customer satisfaction this place strives for. We were in a huge bind while just passing through Denton when our AC went out. Two toddlers, a newborn and a dog.. they got us in immediately and fixed us right up. The place was so clean and the complementary snacks and drinks were a lifesaver with two youngins. My first time leaving a review… good or bad so this says alot! I called in to get an estimate for replacing my spark plugs and was quoted 1 price and when I got in the store the guy Jack I think his name was told me my quote was no good and whoever gave it to me didn’t know what they were doing. Sounds like they quote you a lower price just to get you in the door and then upsell you and that is not good business! Be careful here!!

They have always been good to me. They didn’t call me back for a missing lug nut today. I never got a call.
