My experience with Stress-Free Auto was nothing short of amazing. Jackie was communicative and honest throughout our experience with a broken down transmission and my husband and I are so grateful for the attentiveness we were showed. Their online reporting system is both convenient and easy to understand and we can not recommend them enough!
I came in for an electrical diagnostic for non functioning blinker and cruise control. After paying over 200$ for the diagnostic alone, and waiting nearly four hours, the diagnostic technician claimed the bulb was bad on the blinker (I had replaced it twice before coming just to be sure it wasn't the bulb) and the cruise control was leaking break fluid. this place definitely stays true to the name i’m glad i found this place since my old shop changed
Long story short, I paid for something that they didnt fix. The main guy there was going to make it better and compromise but then had someone higher up call me but that guy just to made things worse. It made no sense. When I went there before, there was a whole different team and it was good, they fixed everything but this time I just spent my money for something they didnt fix. Worst thing of it all is they got very unprofessional and irate when speaking to me.
Very courteous and informative. They kept me updated and provided detailed issues along with recommendations. Saved me a few thousands dollars, definitely going back.
