Setting up the appointment with them was very easy. The location is clean, and they are very straightforward with you. Allen was fun to chat with while on site. As of this today (07/28/2026), they are willing to install auto parts you purchased on your own. This is fantastic! I am finding more and more auto service centers not willing to do this. I hope they continue with this option.

In the short time that I waited for my diagnostic I observed many interactions between the front desk admin, the mechanics and their clientele. And you know what? I’ve gotta hand it to them, this place really lives up to its name. Found these guys on Yelp, they were able to squeeze me in same day, gave me a comprehensive explanation of the urgent/non-urgent repairs recommended and were able to finish everything up by closing. Courteous but repair was way over priced Sadley ..It was a very StressFull experience.
Front desk was nice and extremely helpful with questions. If I could give half stars, I think I'd give a 4.5 (-0.5 for price). However, I truly appreciate the transparency in phone calls, pictures in diagnostic reports, and only recommending what was needed. I took my car in late on Saturday, they order the parts needed and completed my car mid Monday.
