I had an excellent experience with Stress Free Auto Care from start to finish. Isaac went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation as easy as possible. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I always knew what was happening with my vehicle. Avoid this shop at all cost! Sacramento - Arden Way. I took my 2017 Kia Sorento to this shop to be diagnosed because my check engine light was on. I paid $140 for a diagnostic which I thought was reasonable. No problems. They came back and stated it could be my timing chain or a pin on the engine that is commonly messed up in these engines. I paid an ADDITIONAL $500 for that. That pin indeed was not broken and it was decided it was my timing chain. I had an appointment to drop my car off May 4 to be fixed.
