Dr. Mike is very warm & welcoming & he knows his stuff. I've had two Echolight scans done--one in 2023 and then just this week in 2025. So grateful my slight improvement has pulled me back from osteoporosis in my hip to now osteopenia in my hip. More work to do but I'm headed in the right direction! Dr. Mike provides all the tools & encouragement for your progress. You just need the willpower. Thank you, Dr. Mike, for making this available.
I visited Dr Mike for my second REMS ultrasound (the first was performed by another practitioner). He is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the differences between my first and second ultrasound results. He suggested numerous measures to improve my bone health. I was impressed with his straightforward approach and commitment to helping his patients’ achieve their goals. It was totally worth the 6 1/2 hour trip I made. Highly recommend!
Mike offers EchoLite which measures bone density, BioDensity and PowerPlate to help build stronger bones, makes the drive from Columbia worth the effort. His listening and explanations are very obvious. He made sure we had all an our question and concerns answered. We strongly recommend to anyone interested in improving your overall health and mobility.

Excellent. Dr. Mike Lewin provided a wonderful experience and went over and beyond with his service. Clearly, a very passionate and compassionate practitioner with a vast knowledge of biomechanics, exercise, nutrition and bone health. As a medical provider as well, and a very critical one at that, I can only have positive things to say about his care and facility. I would highly recommend his services.
