My husband and I joined Strength Rx looking for education and guidance in lifting weight to build lean muscle, lose fat, and complement our endurance training routine. After one session we knew this was exactly what we needed. I highly recommend 1 on 1 sessions initially to learn technique. The nutrition counseling is also an integral piece of the services you receive. You will not feel intimidated in this gym. If you aren't getting the results you want, I highly recommend you try this out.
Great people, excellent trainers & programming. The equipment & facility is impeccably clean, like-new. Awesome value.
Fantastic gym Chad has created here! Joined 4 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Solid direction provided in both group classes and individually curated programs accessible via an easy to use app. The coaches are always happy to help with movements and ALL fellow gym attendees are friendly. Great place to get in shape!!
Just beginning my new 40 year strength journey and so glad to have found a great place with my friends. Everyone was so welcoming and we adore Donovan’s classes. He is so patient and encouraging. Chad has been so understanding and knowledgeable on all things nutrition and working us into the schedule. Can’t wait to come back in a year and leave a new review on my our progress and gains!
I’ve always been a “workout person” and with age have been searching for a gym truly focused on strength and mobility. StrengthRX is that and more. The classes and atmosphere are contagious and the knowledge and encouragement Chad (and trainers) offer is impeccable. 💪🏻
