Made a purchase online on 10/18. Since I offered to pick it up from their location, I followed up with an email and voicemail. Heard nothing for 5 days. Called again, left messages on a few of their voicemails. Heard nothing. Repeated sending emails and leaving messages. Ray was great to work with, he helped us choose the right equipment for our space and was very helpful in demonstrating how to use everything properly.
