Steven and Larry are the best. I’ve been coming to their gym for 10 years. Highly recommend. No mirrors, no frills. Just really good strength training.
Stephen and Larry are awesome. I’ve been training with them for about a year. I came to their gym after getting hit with osteoarthritis. I could barely move, crazy how my range of motion was lost. Stephen has been instrumental in working with me, slowly and persistently, getting better and better. He knows how much to push me to keep me better, with more ROM and strength. Awesome results. They are great.
Steve and Larry are seriously the best. I have way more muscle than when I started. They switch up the exercises every so often so things don’t get stale. Love it!
