Before working with Dr. Caleb, he gave me recommendations on what to do for my shoulder injury. Once I scheduled an appointment, he assessed my injury and explained what kind of injury I had. During the first visit, he had me do shoulder movements with resistance bands and did the shockwave treatment. My shoulder mobility felt way better after the first visit. Thankful i was suggested by a friend to come here. I have a professional fight in Thailand coming up & have been having shoulder pain without any knowledge of a injury. A friend of mine suggested i check out Strength & spine to meet with Dr Caleb & Dr Cam. Dr Caleb was able to identify the problem quickly. Had a really bad case of Insertional Achilles tendinitis that I was about to give up on when I found Dr. Cam and Strength and Spine. Over the next couple of months they helped me get back to doing all the physical activities I had previously been doing and more! Definitely recommend and worth every penny!
