I hired them to redo some siding on my house. Unfortunately, there was a miscommunication (likely due to my own ignorance) and the work did not match my expectation. Isaiah came back out and did everything he could to make things right and get things to an acceptable point. I appreciate the consideration that was given to customer satisfaction and not telling me just to kick rocks.
We had a great experience with Strength. Cody was always prompt and happy to help answer all of our questions. The install team was fast and efficient and did a wonderful job installing our gutters. The sales team was very personable and took the time to explain the process, hardware, and the company behind it all, and put us at ease with our decision to have them work on our home. We are grateful for their time, commitment, professionalism, and authenticity.
Salesman Brandon did an excellent job it was very thorough. We had had a new roof installed and had issues with getting a proper gutter installation due to roof overhang. Brandon identified problems and gave a proper quote with no surprises in the end. Purely professional.
Everybody I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and flexible with my schedule.
