Showed up for an appointment. Door was locked. Knocked. Zilch. No one. I called them from the doorsteps of the Claremore office. Left a voicemail (might I add, a truly "kind" one). Nada. This is a MENTAL HEALTH organization, not, a barber shop. Patients are seeking assistance, not abuse. Danielle C., therapist, met with three times, was of NO help and was unconcerned about me not showing up for an appointment. I deal with moderate anxiety. Nothing extraordinary. But, what if I was dealing with "self harm" or suicide???
Showed compassion, blows Grand Lake right out of that water. They are NO HELP AT ALL, this place- GREAT!!!!
