Shouldn’t have ignored the one-star review. Appears disorganized and supposedly overbooks herself. Will tell you to message them as they are forgetful, which could be helpful if they looked at messages or responded in a decent manner. Spoke about this issue, and they came back with the fact that they are very busy, which is a given… and the reason why I had messaged them to confirm appointment details an hour prior to their listed hours, and then a hour before the actual appointment just for no response. She didnt even show up for the appt. Ya, the counselor herself didn’t show up or call. I sat and waited for 45 minutes for her. She never even called back to reschedule. Do NOT recommend at all. So unprofessional.
