A school snow day (yay) canceled my normal cardio workout (ugh). So I stopped in for a day pass - first visit - and enjoyed a great workout. It was clean, nice atmosphere, and friendly members. Natalie (owner) was very pleasant and gave me that visit on the house - which wasn’t expected but was greatly appreciated.
Great gym, has everything you need, good environment, super clean, no complaints
I went to Strength and Haven yesterday for the first time and had a great experience; it was really nice and clean. I loved it 10/10. The owner was really nice, and I said to myself, "I'll definitely be back."
