A nice gym with everything I need
Shari is an amazing instructor. I am a vet with some mental health issues and her time with us has left me feeling better than I have in a long time. Dealing with loss has made me lose much of what I was and she has helped us regain a semblance of who we once were. I highly recommend her. If you’re struggling and down and out, then use her services. It’s well worth it.
