Max runs a great program for both personal training and group classes. He is knowledgeable and helps you reach your fitness goals. I highly recommend this program to anyone trying to reach new fitness goals or is just starting out in the fitness journey.

I’ve been training at this gym for a couple months now, and I can say it’s been an enjoyable experience. The trainer and members are friendly and supportive, creating a no-judgment zone where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their fitness level. SFV has been my fitness home for the last few years! I have faithfully followed Max (owner and head trainer) and now my husband also is a member. What I love: the workouts are always changing and always challenging, Max is an expert at providing on-the-spot coaching to ensure safe technique as well as modifications for each individual for safety and ability, as needed. I highly recommend Strength Factory! I came here because, as I age I know that I need my muscle. I was a little intimidated at first, since I haven’t been to a gym in 4yrs. This gym was the perfect choice. Everyone is friendly and helpful . Max the trainer is always positive, encouraging, and adapts workouts based on my level of strength, making each session challenging and enjoyable. Which I’ve surprised myself on how strong I’ve become in just 3 weeks. Guys! This is the one!! Very happy to be part of this gym!
