I don’t leave reviews unless I feel very strongly, and Strength City is by far the best group fitness studio I’ve found. I even ditched my fancy gym membership because I can get an efficient and effective workout without leaving the neighborhood here. The “muscle” classes rotate programs every four weeks and give you smart, progressive training (that you don’t have to plan yourself). I’m so glad I found Strength City!! As someone who hadn’t trained in years, I was quite intimidated to join at first, but from my very first class everyone was so welcoming and patient and encouraging, so I felt very comfortable and supported to just keep coming back. What a workout! Took a tough Saturday class and it really kicked my butt. Loved the clear instructions and a killer playlist. Great equipment selection. Highly recommend.
