I’m so glad I found Strength City!! As someone who hadn’t trained in years, I was quite intimidated to join at first, but from my very first class everyone was so welcoming and patient and encouraging, so I felt very comfortable and supported to just keep coming back. What a workout! Took a tough Saturday class and it really kicked my butt. Loved the clear instructions and a killer playlist. Great equipment selection. Highly recommend.
Great gym, staff and community. Love the kindness and level of professionalism.
