Andre and Rahsaan are absolutely amazing instructors! They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and make everyone feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They take the time to modify exercises for all fitness levels, which really shows how much they care about each person’s progress and safety. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone with more experience, this is a great place to train and exercise. I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Strength Camp is an incredible place to train. Andre is not only super knowledgeable, but also incredibly personable and motivating. He knows exactly when to push you past your limits and knows when to pull back, making every session challenging, but sustainable. Highly recommend if you want real results with a coach who truly cares
