I had such a great experience with Strentgth and Sport PT! Matt gave me a thorough assessment and explained to me what was going on with my knee. I loved that he took the extra time to make sure I understood what was going on, what he was doing, what I should be doing with my exercises, etc. I enjoyed the 1 to 1 aspect of the session, making it quiet and with no distractions like other busy PT offices I've been to. Matt provided me an injury screening for my torn ACL. He was very detailed oriented in not only evaluating my knee but everything else connected that could be inhibiting my recovery. He was also very knowledgeable of exercises and steps I can take to progress in my rehabilitation. Right after the screening he quickly followed up with recommendations on exercises, examples, tips and tools to help work on by myself. Overall great experience and will definitely be working with Matt moving forward,
