Avoid at all costs, do your research! Avoid this gym at all costs. I should have researched first. Local ad sounded promising, and like other user mentioned they do not tell you price over phone. After some salesman swindling, they told me the rate is 74.95$ a month. Fount that a little steep compared to other famous gyms. For Gym Newcomers and Veterans Alike! Strength and Fitness is one of the best gyms I've had the pleasure of working out in. The staff there is both friendly and knowledgeable. Whether you have been working out for years or you are a nervous beginner, this gym will accommodate your fitness goals. The facility itself is a dream. LOVE THIS PLACE! LOVE THIS PLACE! I have no idea what that guy below is talking about - probably didn't fit in to the more family friendly-environment. Just as well. I recently used my Living Social deal and tried out this gym. I was instantly greeted and the woman up front was so excited to show me around...it made me feel at home. I ended up joining as a member. Love the atmosphere where everyone is so pleasant...nice change from the gym I came from (although I won't mention any names)!
Strength and Fitness Club is Top notch This gym has everything from tanning to day care to a hair salon, along with brand new equipment, friendly staff, and a welcoming environment. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in the door. They don't pressure you to sign up, and will give you a 3-day pass to try out the gym for free if you want extra time to consider joining. Definitely worth the investment. It's never crowded and everyone is so helpful. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
Great Gym Experience I had a serious weight problem and wanted to get into shape so I joined Strength and Fitness Club. They truly changed my life and made me feel so good about myself again. From the front desk personnel to the personal trainers, it is truly a friendly, spotless, fun place to work out. I recommend this gym to anyone who wants to get into shape and experience a professional, upscale facility.
Love the Club I highly recommend this club to everyone, especially anyone with a family. It is a family run club that goes the extra mile with its members. I have two children that use the daycare and the staff in the daycare is so friendly and experienced. The biggest problem with the daycare is getting my children to leave. High quality gym I have been a member of Strength & Fitness club since the summer - this is the best gym around and has great, brand new equipment. The treadmills have LCD televisions attached to each one of them and every machine is brand new. The staff is friendly and courteous and are willing to help you out if you're just beginning. Another selling point: it's never crowded.
