I cannot recommend Enja enough, she is a life changing trainer and brilliant teacher! Not only did she transform my body and rethink my approach to working out and strength training, but she gave me the confidence to lift heavy weights and manage workouts on my own time. Enja’s deep knowledge and understanding of the body and movement is unparalleled, and it is a privilege to be able to train with her.

Enja is incredibly knowledgeable, well educated and detail oriented which translates to great training when I'm on my own since I have her notes handy and her cues in my head. It is very clear that she wants you to do the work properly with and without her - she really pays attention and focuses on form so you get the most out of each rep. She is mindful of any issues and individualizes the exercises for the most effective results. She is responsive between sessions with answering questions, clarifying things and modifying m... read more

Recovering from a rare leukemia in my late 60’s, with side effects leading to significant degradation in strength and mobility, I needed assistance if I were to return close to my pre-leukemia state. Experiencing a relapse from the leukemia, I suspended additional attempts at recovery. More than a year later, I resumed my efforts, beginning by researching backgrounds a... read more

I have been working with Enja for the last 8 months and still continue to do so. I came in with an L4/L5 disc bulge issue along with tight neck/traps. Enja suggested breathing and postural restoration techniques to open the rib cage, and breathe efficiently while working out. Furthermore her suggestions on scapula work has helped me a lot in easing my traps. We have also worked together on making my squats better and deadlifts stronger and now I’m lifting higher than what I could since January 2024. She’s very knowledgeable ... read more

Enja is a genius. She has studied (and can explain) what actually works and why. She plans customized workouts to fit each client’s needs, goals, and physical quirks, and then she meticulously tracks and analyzes the results and progress. She designs each session to build on prior sessions and experience. She knows a dozen different ways to work each muscle group, so if you have an injury or condition that makes a particular exercise painful, she’ll use another one. Most importantly, she soon learns deeply how YOUR body work... read more
