I have been working with Enja for the last 8 months and still continue to do so. I came in with an L4/L5 disc bulge issue along with tight neck/traps. Enja suggested breathing and postural restoration techniques to open the rib cage, and breathe efficiently while working out. Enja is a genius. She has studied (and can explain) what actually works and why. She plans customized workouts to fit each client’s needs, goals, and physical quirks, and then she meticulously tracks and analyzes the results and progress. She designs each session to build on prior sessions and experience. She knows a dozen different ways to work each muscle group, so if you have an injury or condition that makes a particular exercise painful, she’ll use another one.
