Frank's a great guy, my son has been going to him for self defense training since middle school, really excited to see all the new services and the new expanded facilities.
It's not your everyday Kickboxing! And definitely puts a punch on on training. From the boot camp to the hands on self defense classes - ya can't go wrong...and to top, Frank is not only knowledgeable, & truly experienced - he passes that on..
Just took a women self defense course and It was amazing!! From the kind and knowledgeable instructors to the hands on, practical training! It is a class that is accessible for all ages and ability levels! Highly recommend!
Excellent self defense course. Instructors very knowledgeable. Hope they do it again in the future because I’ll sure go!
