Slow to react, even in emergency. MiA when needed and even at one point scheduled a yearly walkthrough & didn't show up. Appearing days later and wanting access via a key under the mat. No. Just no.
Unfortunately this company isn’t how it used to be. We’ve lived in the home for now 3 years, in all this time we’ve only put in 2 work orders. Two months ago the garage door and sink disposal broke. I put a work order in, and still to this day nothing has been fixed! 2 months has past!!!!!!! The sink is leaking water underneath, damaging the wood. If I could give 0 stars I would! I am beyond appalled at how this company is still in business. The lack of communication or care for tenants who are actively paying rent is ridiculous. The managers are NEVER in office. They don’t respond to emails or text. Update: Problems with communication again, which I thought was resolved. As a property owner, I called 3 weeks ago, left a message and waited a week. Then called again and spoke to a answering service for Streetwise. I emailed twice to cancel our Streetwise rental services. I stopped by Streetwise office and left a hand written note (workers were there replacing windows, but there was no Streetwise personnel). No reponse to any attempts.
